The Annual General Meeting of the Quarter Century Amateur Radio Club will be held at the High Park Community League Hall at 11032 154 Street NW in Edmonton.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT OUR REGULAR FLEA MARKET OR MEETING LOCATION. Our regular location is under renovation and is not available to us. The AGM will be held from 11:00 AM to noon. The meeting, as in past years, will be held after the flea market.
A reminder that memberships expire on April 30 so we will be accepting memberships at this event.
The schedule for the day is a bit different than usual due to the change in venue:
Radio World has generously provided two gift certificates in the amounts of $100 and $50 that will be door prizes for this event. We are fortunate and grateful to have such generous sponsorship of our club events. A big thank you to Radio World and all their staff!

The QCARC will be hosting our annual winter flea market and social event featuring free admission, beverages and snacks. Door prizes will be drawn and you will find the usual amazing range and variety of items in the flea market.
A Ukrainian meal will be served at noon which will consist of four perogies, four cabbage rolls, two nalysnyky, one sausage, one scoop of coleslaw, one roll and dessert. The price is $25 per plate as per usual.
To reserve a plate please email or phone Neil at VE6TCK@gmail.com or 780-818-1975. Or give Neil a call on VE6QCR or the APSN most nights. There will be fifty meals available so please book early as they do go fast! Payment can be made on the day of the event.
We will be accepting membership renewals at the AGM in April to simplify accounting.

- 50/50 tickets $2 ea

Situated beside McKenzie Pond, this is one of the most scenic shelters.
Features: Washrooms (year round), Well water (not suitable to drink), Playground, No electricity, No canoeing in lakes, but there is a canoe launch to the river
