Welcome to Field Day

Central Alberta Amateur Radio Club will be hosting a Field Day Station. Please come and
join the fun.

When: All day, Saturday, and Sunday 24 – 25 June

Where: Hillcrest Community Hall, Township Road 342, Bowden (AB)

Bring your lawn chairs, lunch, drinks, sunscreen and be ready to help our station
make contacts around the world. Club members and non-members are welcome.
Non licensed operators are also welcome to operate under supervision. Invite
your friends, it is a great time to get to know what the hobby is all about. If you
would like to camp, you are welcome to do so for a small donation to the club.

Set-up: We will begin setting up the station from noon on Friday, 23 June. Those
of you that have assignments to bring equipment for the event, please plan to
bring it on Friday afternoon. If you brought radio items last year, please bring the
same equipment this year. Your help in setting up on Friday afternoon and taking
down on Sunday is highly appreciated.
